This notice explains what we collect through our interest and email update forms and how we use it.
Waitlist submissions
When you submit the waitlist form, the information is sent securely to Wrencrest Academy’s admissions system. The website does not keep a separate copy in browser storage.
Information collected
The form collects a parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number, a broad child age range, general schedule interest, desired start window, and interest in Child Care Works information. It intentionally does not collect a child’s name, birth date, health information, or other unnecessary child data.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to family interest, share relevant pre-opening updates, and plan future admissions conversations. Wrencrest Academy does not sell personal information submitted through the waitlist form.
Email updates
The News & Updates form collects only your email address and consent to receive Wrencrest project updates. Submissions are sent to Wrencrest Academy’s admissions system with an email updates label, separately from family waitlist and future-tour interest requests.

Contact info@wrencrestacademy.com with privacy questions or to ask about updating or removing your information. An expanded privacy policy, including retention and deletion information, will be published before public launch.
