Waitlist submissions
When you submit the waitlist form, the information is sent securely to Wrencrest Academy’s admissions system. The website does not keep a separate copy in browser storage.
Information collected
The form collects a guardian’s name, email address, phone number, a broad child age range, general schedule interest, desired start window, and interest in Child Care Works information. It intentionally does not collect a child’s name, birth date, health information, or other unnecessary child data.
How information would be used
Submitted information is used to respond to family interest, share relevant pre-opening updates, and plan future admissions conversations. Wrencrest Academy does not intend to sell waitlist information.
Before public launch
A contact method and expanded privacy policy, including retention and deletion information, will be published before the website becomes publicly accessible.
